    Returns & Exchanges Policy

    At Novel Energy Lighting, customer satisfaction is our priority. Please read our return and exchange policy below:

    1. Eligibility for Returns

    You can request a return or exchange if:

    • The product you received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

    • You contact us within 3 days of delivery.

    • The product is unused, in its original condition, and in original packaging.

    2. Non-Returnable Items

    We do not accept returns for:

    • Change of mind

    • Used or damaged products (by customer)

    • Items purchased on sale or clearance (unless defective)

    3. Return Process

    To initiate a return:

    1. Contact our support team via phone or email within 3 days.

    2. Share your order number and photos of the issue (if applicable).

    3. Wait for our team to approve the return request.

    4. Ship the product back to us (customer may need to bear return shipping cost unless it was our error).

    4. Refunds

    Once the returned item is received and inspected:

    • Approved refunds will be processed within 7 working days.

    • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method or as store credit.

    5. Exchanges

    If you wish to exchange a defective item for the same product, we’ll send you a replacement after reviewing your request.
